Find Me A Property Limited act as agents for the developers and do not act as intermediaries in the purchase of the properties on the site. All transactions therefore take place between the proposed purchasers and the developers, and all monies are to be paid directly to the developers. Find Me A Property Limited will provide potential purchasers with reasonable assistance in completing transactions, but are not responsible for ensuring that transactions proceed.
Potential purchasers should therefore obtain independent legal advice prior to entering into contractual purchase documentation.

No waiver by us of any breach of the contract shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or other provision of the contract.
Each of the provisions of these conditions is separate and distinct from the others and if any of them is held by competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
For the avoidance of doubt, the parties do not intend any of the provisions of these conditions to be enforceable by a third party pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or analogous legislation.
These terms set out the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede all previous agreements, whether oral or otherwise, between the parties. Each party acknowledges that in entering into these terms, it has not relied upon, and shall have no remedy in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this agreement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
