- iReality: Each apartment will have a virtual reality projection wall linking it in real time to different locations worldwide. iReality makes the physical confines and location of the apartment disappear. For example, the view from the apartment can be linked to a view of the New York skyline in real life. Residents can live life as virtual tourists from a range of 62 different worldwide destinations.
- iHealth: Bathroom will monitor residents health, enabling them to get an update on weight, fat content, temperature and blood pressure and provide them with a report which can be viewed on bathroom mirrors, which transform into LCD screens.
- iSecurity: No need for keys. RFID proximity tags will automatically unlock/lock doors and detect residents arrival.
- iCustomisation: Lights and music at the Pad can mirror residents moods. Apartments can respond to incoming communications with a change of the colour of the apartments lighting. This can also respond to music. Residents can program lights to change if their phone rings or if the news will start. The look of the entrance area of every apartment can be customised with digital messages.
- iEntertainment: There will be Karaoke and DVD entertainment systems in every apartment. Residents can chose from a variety of music and videos on demand at their convenience.
- iArt: The iPad has a server which allows apartments to access a wide database of artists and paintings, so that one can have any painting projected on their wall at any time.
